PERSONALITY: WHAT IS THIS WORLD SO SHINY AND NEW actually the world kind of freaks it out. It jumped into Walter's Pokegear immediately after hatching and he has no idea what to do with that so he just...lets...it. It spends most of its time picking at the dictation software and trawling the network to analyze video and language so it can understand what the hell's going on out there. Baby computer ghost.
